    To Whom It May Concern:

    We hereby declare that the workers mentioned in the attached list are under our responsibility
    protection and we are accountable in any accident, misbehaviour or safety rules and regulations
    violation caused by them while working on the site.

    We declare that workers have valid work permits, covered under WC Policy, Medical Insurance
    (accepted in Abu Dhabi) and wages, leave salaries, end of service provided by the Company.

    Benefits are given as per UAE Labour Contracts and in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 08 of
    1980 WPS protocols and they are been housed at approved temporary housing facility compliant
    with standard set forth in the Guest Worker Management Plan of JLW.

    We have No Objection for them to work in your Project Site in accordance with M/s. James L.
    Williams HSE Rules and Procedures.
