Welcome to the Global Learners Programme

As part of your employment with an NHS Hospital Trust you will receive several benefits and costs paid
for you. Some costs however you will need to pay yourself and some will be recouped after you start
your employment. Please see the table below.

I confirm that I have read and understood the information explained to me about the GLP package. I
understand and accept that the cost of the Visa and Surcharge (and any further OSCE attempts) will be
recouped from me over a minimum of 12 months once I become a Band 5 nurse with my Trust. I
acknowledge my chosen agent has not and will not charge me a fee for joining the GLP
