How to calculate the internal marks for Anna University ?

Anna university internal marks are very important to get high credit in the university exams the minimum mark to
be obtained in the internals was 14 marks out of 20 marks. In that 20 marks in the 5 Marks will be given to the
Attendance and remaining 15 marks will be given to the Academic Performance(Unit Test, Internal Test, Cycle Test,
Model Exam). As this time there where lots of constrains and lost of rules and regulations about the examinations
and internal Marks. As this time Anna University is taking care of the internal marks of each students so here is the
marks out 20 for each subject. Anna University Chennai have made many changes for this Semester especially for
Internal Mark and Attendance. The Mark and the Attendance percentage have to be uploaded in the Web portal of
Anna university, so this time the students would not be aware of the marks.Anna University will be calculating the

Now let us see how to calculate the Internal marks for the academic performance out of 15

INTERNAL ASSESSMENT TEST FOR OBTAINED MARKS(OUT INTERNAL MARK CONVERSION (OUT OF 5)
SINGLE SUBJECT  OF 100) (OBTAINED MARK/100)*5)

INTERNAL ASSESSMENT TEST 1 85 (85/100)*5 = 4.25=4

INTERNAL ASSESSMENT TEST 2 90 (90/100)*5 = 4.5=5

INTERNAL ASSESSMENT TEST 3 80 (80/100)*5 = 4.0

TOTAL INTERNAL MARK 4+5+4=13

As discussed above by calculating the sum of Attendance Percentage and academic performance(internal
assessment test marks) we can obtain the Internal mark Overall Internal Mark = Internal Mark for Attendance
Percentage + Internal Mark for Academic Performance INTERNAL MARK= 4+13 = 17 , Therefore the Internal MArk
is 17 out of 20
