Planning

I. Concept Paper (1 page)


a. Introduction – includes your group’s mission and vision and brief
introduction of your project.
b. Purpose – includes reasons why this project is worth for your group and for
your sponsor’s time, effort and money.
c. Description – includes all the necessary information about the project. In
ICT, it involves the site where you are going to produce the platform.
d. Support – contains the budget needed for the project. Some concept paper
does not specify any amount requested from the sponsor.
e. Contact information – includes information on how the group can be
contacted.
II. Researching
a. Overview
1. Online Sources. (2 pages) Gather all available data through online
research that will show the significance of your platform in the society.
Make sure to look for credible online sources. If possible look for related
studies about your platform. Compare your preparation from previous
output or works. This will help you predict and foresee the success of
your plan. (CS_ICT11/12-ICTPT-Ia-b-3)
2. On-site Sources. (2 pages) Gather information from actual site.
Interview local(s) within the vicinity where you plan to lunch your
platform. Collect opinions or insights from them. This will help you to
know the pulses of people about your platform. If possible meet local
officials within the place in order to acquire reliable information or
answers for your personal inquiries. (CS_ICT11/12-ICTPT-IIm-p16)/
(CS_ICT11/12-ICTPT-IIm-p17)
3. Questionnaire. Include questionnaire about your survey. This will help
you to be guided on how to deal and ask question to people.
4. Documentation. (5 pages) Put pictures about the site and survey that
you conducted.
III. Time Frame. (1 page) Make an activity calendar showing the establishment of
your project up to the date of its completion. This will guide you to know future
gatherings as well to determine the exact schedule in lunching your platform.
Design the activity calendar in a form of checklist. It will help you monitor if
allotted time is achieve.
IV. Task Assignment. Make list that will show how you maximize the workforce of
entire team in crafting the platform. Task assignment is useful for work load
distribution to other team members. In making your list, make sure to
incorporate the names of members together with 2X2 pictures. This will help to
easily determine individuals who are in-charge of a particular task. Use the
format below for task assignment:
1. Overall Team Supervisor. In-charge of supervising the entire team.
2. Assistant Team Supervisor(s). He/she is commanded of helping the
supervisor for monitoring the entire group. He/she is also in-charge to
monitor others about the progress and development of their specified task.
After monitoring he/she is entitled to report all information’s to overall team
supervisor.
3. Researcher(s). In charge of gathering and researching necessary
information for the platform.
4. Platform Manager(s). In charge in calling meetings or gathering to assure
the success of the platform. He/she is in task to design the activity calendar.
5. Platform Assistant Manager(s). In charge of disseminating information to
the entire team about upcoming activities.
6. Financial Team
6.1 Financial Supervisor. In-charge of supervising the financing status of
the team. He/she is entitled to report to the team supervisor about
current financial status of the team.
6.2 Financial Manager. In charge of managing funds. He/she will hold
money for the teams’ expenses.
6.3 Financial Coordinator(s). In charge for gathering fund through fund
raising, solicitation or personal contribution. He/she is the only
authority entitled to collect endowments. Funds will be remitted to the
financial Manager administered by financial supervisor.
7. Communication Coordinator(s). In charge of making and disseminating all
letters for signature purposes. This includes letter for approval, solicitation
letters, and other letters. After signing, communication coordinator(s) is/are
mandated to give the letters to specific person who needs the paper.
8. Technical Staff
8.1 Recorder. In charge of making memorandum and recording minutes of
meetings.
8.2 Record Keeper. In charge of keeping all records which includes
memorandum, minutes, solicitation letters, letter of approval,
communication letters, and all necessary forms used for the platform.
9. Photographer(s). In charge of documenting all activities starting from
planning stage up to the implementation stage. Photographers should put
caption which includes time, date and short description about the photos.
10.Videographer(s). In charge of filming or taking videos for teaser or for other
purposes.
11.Web Planner(s). In charge of planning the contents of the website.
12.Web Designer(s). In charge of designing the website.
13.Web Creator(s). In charge of creating the website.
14.Production Team
14.1 Director(s). In charge of planning and making teaser/trailer for the
platform.
14.2 Assistant Director(s). In charge of helping the director in making
teaser/trailer for the platform.
14.3 Musical and Audio Director. In charge of selecting music and making
audios which will be used for the platform.
14.4 Illustrators and Graphic artist. In charge of making infographics and
other necessary output for information dissemination about the
platform.
15.Accomplishment Report Coordinators. In charge for making the entire
accomplishment report of the team.
V. Technicalities. Make a short description about online resources that you will
use for support gathering. Write a page overview for this section before making
the following parts:
1. Official Site. (1 page) Include a picture that shows your official site.
Make sure that your page uses and applies web designing principles
and elements using online creation tools, and applications to
effectively communicate a message. (CS_ICT11/12-ICTPT-Ig-h-10)
2. Applications. List down all applications that you used. Include logos
and description about the applications and how it is use in your
platform.
VI. Funding. (2-3 pages) If you are intending to gather fund through fund raising or
sponsors, list down all your sources. Make sure that every single centavo used
for your platform is included. Follow the format below for the contents of this
section. This will help you calculate all expenses for your platform.

VII. Letters. Designing and lunching platform intended for social change is not an
easy task. It needs approval from higher governing bodies within the school as
well as from the stakeholders that will be affected or involved in the project. For
this part put all original letters which include, but not limited to the following;
1. Parents Consent Form
2. Letter of Approvals
3. Solicitation Forms
4. Communication Letters

Development
Make one page narration showing the overview on how you develop the project.
This includes the production of infographics and other requisites for your platform.
I. Infographics. (1 page) Put your infographics that was used for your platform.
II. Documentation. (5 pages) Put pictures that will show how you developed your
platform.
Lunching
I. Promotion. Make two-page narration on how you promote your platform.
II. Release. Make two-page narration about the lunching of your platform.
III. Documentation. (5 pages) This includes all the pictures during lunching of
your platform.
Insights
I. Overall reflection. This will be made by entire team.
II. Personal Reflection. This will be prepared by every team members according
to their designated position. Every team members should make 1 page
individual reflection paper about their significant learning’s in connection to
their rules in making the platform. Attach 2 pages documentation. Members
under the following team are expected to make reflection:
