a) Currently with TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) being a Part of UK CITI CARDS
Collections Team from June 2006.

Company Profile: Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) is a software services and consulting

TCS is a subsidiary of one of India's largest and oldest conglomerates, the Tata Group, which has interests

in areas such as energy, telecommunications, financial services, manufacturing, chemicals, engineering,

materials, government and healthcare.

i. Collections Team Manager in addition to being a Internal Auditor for the Unit

• Responsible for meeting / surpassing business plan inventory and roll rates for
the bucket.
• Exposure and experience at other sites. Handled teams based in Mumbai for
later buckets including Charge-off.
• Performance management of portfolio responsible driven through regular
reviews.
• Communicate with the Program Managers on a weekly basis to give them a
heads up on the Metric trends and identify areas of opportunity in the current
direction, if any.

• Maintaining Performance, Incentive and Attendance details for the Team.
• Worked on the major part of Internal audit (RCSA – Risk And Control Self
Assessment). Currently managing the same for three different products. Responsible
for timely submission and avoiding any errors in the same.
• Responsible for attrition mitigation for the unit.
• Maintaining the fun@work for three different units and R&R functions every
month on a regular basis. Organizing the equal distribution of funds across boards
and the approvals for the same.
• Working on financial statements and reviewing the same.
• Encourage and train the subordinates, appraise and evaluate team member
performance and offering clear direction if required.
• Avoid losses, creating repayment arrangements, re-plan repayments.
• Identifying accounts, which have the propensity to write-off at the pre-delinquent
stage and working on those pro-actively.

ii. Customer Service Associate: Joined as a Customer Service Associate for the same
team. The role of the profile was to collect on primary level customer in initial level.
Covered all levels of calling in credit card collections. Was promoted as a section coach
and then promoted as Team Manager in November 2008.

b) With MAS Infotech as Marketing executive and Technical Help from October 2005 till
May 2006.

Company Profile: MAS Infotech is a website creation based company and the services
related to the same.

i. Worked on getting new clients and understand their requirements.

iii. Worked as technical help when required, dealt mainly in creating web sites and
maintenance.

c) With Al Jammaz Establishment as Marketing executive and receptionist from April


2002 till September 2005.

i. Worked on getting new Customers for all the hotels, villas and compounds owned by

on renting residences from us and save money on the same., rather than paying housing
