INTRODUCTION
The research activity has evolved for years with the aim of explaining causes and
consequences for some specific events that people cannot do by themselves. So trying to
explain the problem of digital transformation in Colombia has become through the
different activities in this subject the most important objective for working. In this activity
for step number 3, we try to give the final explanation. This is not all, but so much of
what the final answer will be.
Anyway digital transformation in Colombia has been increasing so far thanks to the
private parts of the economy and because of the government help, because this is the
most difficult part for society, if policies are not improved, there is not so much to do in
other sectors. We will open some doors to this confusing situation.

Phases of the methodology In this type of research the stages are very simple to develop. There are six:
1-Identification and delimitation of the problem:
In this part of the investigation there are situations to define: what to investigate
and which type of questions to use (closed, open, reflexive, multiple choice, etc)
2-Development and construction of instruments
To choose the instruments to collect data. This must be done before starting the
research.
3. Observation and data recording
In this step, the researchers need to pay attention to thos small details and write
them down for analyzing
4-Decoding and categorization of information
At this moment the data is transformed in tables or any type of format for giving
conclusions
5-Analysis
At this stage the interpretation and analysis need to be developed so the most
important is to go ahead with the real situations happening after the camp
observation
6-Proposals
At this stage you suggest the next steps to be done related to the study case.
New questions could appear but this is the moment where you propose the
method for answering.
