SITUATIONS VACANT
Applications are invited from suitable candidates for appointment to various posts (PPS-01 to 08) based at Islamabad under the project
titled “National Programme for Improvement of Watercourses in Pakistan Phase-II” purely on contract basis in the Federal Project
Management Unit (FPMU), Ministry of National food Security and Research, initially for a period of two years extendable further on
yearly basis till the completion of the project. The positions will be filled strictly on merit basis in a transparent manner and in
accordance with the guidelines provided in Ministry of Finance O. M. No. F. 4(9) R-14/2008 dated 19th July, 2017.

Note: In all cases the general instructions/recruitment policy of Establishment Division contained in their O. M. No. 53/1/2008-SP
dated 22.10.2014, 16.01.2015 and 03.03.2015 as amended from time to time will be followed.
2. Recruitment to the above posts would be on contract basis and subject to the following conditions:-
i. Upper age limit is relaxable as per Government Policy in vogue.
ii. Women are encouraged to apply for the above posts.
iii. Government employees should apply online. However, the NoC shall be produced at the time of test/interview.
Failing which applicant will be not be allowed for test/interview.

submit your application online. Besides applications on the prescribed form along with copies of CNIC, educational
transcripts, experience certificates, NOC (where required) shall be submitted to the below given address within 15
days of publication of this advertisement for posts carrying PPS-05 to PPS-08 (S.No. 01-10). The form can be
downloaded from the website of Ministry of National Food Security and Research (www.mnfsr.govt.pk).The name of
the post applied shall be clearly & BOLDLY written on the envelop.
v. Prescribed application form shall be used for applying for posts carrying PPS-1 (S.No.11-15) which can be downloaded
from the website of Ministry of National Food Security and Research (www.mnfsr.govt.pk). Duly filed form, in all
respects, shall reach the undersigned within fifteen (15) days from the publication of this advertisement.
vi. The applicants who have applied earlier for the above posts advertised on 1st November, 2019 and 15th January, 2020
in the newspapers, should apply afresh.
vii. Incomplete applications as well as applications received after due date will not be entertained.
viii. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview.
ix. No TA/DA would be admissible for appearing in test/interview.
x. The competent authority reserves the right not to fill the posts or withhold the appointment of any or all posts
without assigning any reason.
