    Introduction
    I am Sakawat Hossain Nabil. I am a student of BBA Department with major in marketing in
    Southeast University.

    SWOT Analysis of Myself


    I am most likely to succeed in life if I use my talents. Similarly, I will suffer problems if I do not
    know what my weaknesses are, and if I do not manage these weaknesses properly. So SWOT
    Analysis is a useful technique for helps me do this.

    My Strengths:
    My strengths help me pick careers, subjects or courses which bring out the best. Strengths c
    can help me develop my skills.
    Punctual : I arrive before 15 minutes ago any meetings and classes

    Hard Working: I am very focused and hardworking to achieve my goals.

    Honesty: I will make a sincere effort to preserve and promote trust in the, and will honor
    the profession

    Leading Ability: I always try to lead any work in my life. It makes me confident about
    my own skill.
    Education: My education and as comes with its certificates which I earn by education are
    my strength.
    Maintain Good Relation: Relationships are the building blocks for all community
    organizing activities. So I always try to maintain good relation with everyone.
    Work under Pressure: I have the ability to do the work even under difficult pressure.
    Confident : I always believe in myself I can do anything
    Adaptable
    Quickly adapt to new environment
    Good Computer Skills

    My Weakness:
    This question allows you to highlight your problem solving strengths and self-awareness. Below
    is a list of weaknesses.

    Communicate in English: There is a little problem talking to in English with others.


    Completeness: Till I finish my work I can’t think much apart from work.
    Memorize Knowledge: It is almost so hard to memorize knowledge by me.
    Sometimes do not take right decision in the right time
    Easily believe others.
    Emotional
    My Opportunities:
    A Large number of Job field: As a BBA student, there are huge opportunities to work in
    banking sector in the country.
    Family Support: To complete my graduation, my parents help me by financial & mental
    support.
    Technology: Technology helps me by various ways; such as, providing any information
    via internet, communicate with others.
    Government Supports: Government’s initiatives to reduce unemployment. As
    government is providing different types of training at low cost to make workforce skilled.
    Huge Private Job Market: There are so many private sector jobs in our country. It is one
    of the most attractive fields to do innovate something.

    My Threats:
    Huge Competition: Now a day, getting a good job is like getting a golden deer. Hard
    competition is one of the major problems to get a good job.
    Dependence on Technology: Technology is a wonderful innovation for our new
    generation. But organization is becoming dependent on technology & machine. It reduces
    the job area.
    Country political: Bangladesh’s politics is instability; political situation is totally
    unpredictable. This will reduce foreign investment and negative effect in our economy.
    As a result, economic condition will be worse.
    Increased Competition for Students: Day by day competitor is increasing.
    Lack of local market and industry research for myself
    Vision
    After 10 years I want to be a CEO like Uniliver Company, Nestle.

    Mission
    If I want to meet the vision, then I needs to fulfill the following some steps. Firstly, finishing
    BBA & MBA Degree with good CGPA, making good preparation for Banking sector
    recruitment and identify my weakness and try to remove those. After all, I will prepare myself as
    an appropriate competitor for employs market.

    Purpose Statement
    I will help the poor people
    I will work hard and I want to do for my country development directly or indirectly
    Objectives of My Life
    I will complete my BBA degree with good CGPA
    I will complete IELTS with good band score
    I will learn Digital Marketing
    I will do skill development courses
    My Goals & Strategy

    I want to finish BBA with good CGPA I will study at least 4 hours and I will take
    help from my teachers and friends

    I want to learn Digital marketing I will admit training center and start learn it

    I want to overcome the weakness in English I will start to practice with friend and take
    help from my teachers

    I will create a strong network I will try to introduce with new people

    I wish to be a good presenter Every day I will practice it

    Also preparing myself for getting job I will try to build up my knowledge and read
    about job related books .

    Implementation
    I will try to do all of my work, so that I can reach my goals.

    I will take support from my parents.


    I will take help from my teacher.
    Also I will take help from my friends.

    Evaluating My Strategy
    It is very important to study at least four hours a day; time is also important for this. Cannot
    waste time in some way. If I can create the relationship with book, then of course I will achieve
    success.
