The COMPUTER BASED EXAMINATION SYSTEM is the examination that is vital

aspect of administration and can often become a time consuming, hard job for checking, which

turns itself to inaccuracies.

Paper-pencil based examination in Cagayan State University is a manual system

examination which spend a lot of money especially in making a copies of test papers. In

reproducing a copies, some prints are not cleared that causes the students to misunderstood

questions.

Another effect is, the teacher spends a lot of effort and time to examine the test items in

order to assess the quality of those items and of the test as a whole.

Through the advent of technology teaching and learning methods have drastically

changed over the years. Because of educational technology different countries has been

transformed.

In conclusion, computer based examination system delivered solutions that would be

valued by organizations and students; furthermore, it helped to improve examination

management, reduces efforts, consistency and maintain accuracy for examination records.
