Laserstyle™ software included

AFFORDABLE
This compact 25W CO2 laser with its 460 x 305 mm engraving area is ideal for stores and offices with plaque
engraving and object personalisation needs. Economical, its low running costs allow the immediate, on-site
performance of such tasks.

EASY TO OPERATE
The LS 100 ENERGY Series has been designed to cater for a diverse range of applications (flat and cylinder
engraving, engraving on objects). Its many accessories and additional equipment allow you to easily
configure the very best solution for your working environment (see end of brochure).

RELIABLE
Controlled by the Gravostyle™ software package, the composition of your engraving tasks is rapid.
Parameters for the various materials are saved and advanced functions simplify the execution of specific
jobs. A number of unique functionnalities originate from the LS range proven in an industrial setting.

COMPACT
The LS100 and LS100Ex are easily installed in your shop, office or retail outlet. Their ergonomic design
and features facilitate daily use. It is the ideal solution for marking, engraving or cutting a wide variety of
materials such as plastics, wood, acrylic, coated metals, glass, leather…

VERSATILE
The LS100 Series meets the needs of users from the most simple customization for engraving work to
industrial cutting. Parameters are saved with the job and advanced functions provide extended capabilities
for specific engraving requirements (nesting, matrix function, rubber stamp wizards, dials, etc.).

PRODUCTIVE
The opening and front loading allows to load and adjust parts effortlessly, the light marking table allows
to visualize the job. Thanks to the integrated dashboard, the operator can directly edit the job, refine its
settings and avoids any loss of time.

CYLINDRICAL ATTACHMENT (OPTION)

Allow the engraving all around a cylindrical part like a glass or a vernier. Cylindrical
and voluminous engraving is possible. And cylindrical attachment is easy to set and
dismantle.

HEAVY DUTY
The 610 x 610 mm engraving area combined with the 250 mm Z travel enables the unit to process a wide
range of parts sizes from small nameplates to large control panels, both in single item processing and in
large batches.

ACCURATE
With its very robust design the LS900 range provides exceptional reliability and consistency. Engineered
for productivity the LS900 includes many features such as a red aiming beam laser, automatic focal adjust,
a cycle time indicator and an end of job alarm, allow for efficient job processing.

PRINT AND CUT COMPATIBLE

Compatible with the Print & Cut solution, precision-cut of printed shapes on rigid media is possible. Simple,
economical, effective and flexible, these technologies combined allow you to open up the scope of your
business activities.

FLOATTING PIN TABLE

Restrict the contact between object and table to achieve constant engraving quality.
Confidently undertake any type of engraving asked by your customers with the modular
pin system. Light and easy to use, it can rapidly be used and removed.
LS1000 SERIES
Powerful and heavy duty laser solutions

WORKING SPACE
Loading of a whole material sheet size 1220 x 610 mm is possible with the LS1000 Series. The Series
allows vertical capacity of 300 mm for engraving of bulky objects, the production of rubber stamps and has
cylindrical capability.

MADE FOR CUTTING

Optimal productivity with engraving speeds of up to 4 meters/sec on a 1220 x 610 mm working area. CO2
laser sources ranging from 60 to 150W for precise engraving and large scale cutting applications.

ERGONOMIC
The LS1000XP standard configuration includes a multitude of innovative functions aiming to reduce
production times and increase usability: Front-Loading concept for total accessibility, Integrated cutting
table with removable slats and material recovery tray, Modular engraving table, Double pass-through.

METAL MARKING
The LS100ex Fibre and LS900 Fibre machines are perfect solutions for direct engraving on a wide variety of
metal parts and plates. This process dispenses with the need to apply a surface additive. These solutions
also produce excellent results on plastics.

WORKING SPACE
The LS900 Fibre ensures productivity and high quality contrast as well as unmatched engraving and cutting
capabilities. It ensures high productivity with its generous printing area (610 x 610 mm), allowing the
engraving of bulky objects from a height up to 250mm and up to 25kg.

VERSATILE
The LS100Ex FIBRE and LS900 FIBRE solutions engrave with enhanced contrast quality. Of compact design,
the ergonomics of these machines offer real user comfort. A range of Fibre Laser sources from 20 W to 50
W, for jobs ranging from precision engraving to the deepest marking and long series runs.

ADDITIONAL MACHINE STAND

Allow the setting of the machine at an ergonomics position for the operator and make
the laser system stable. Organize parts to engrave and accessory devices under the
machine with a compact floor space.

PRECISION
Without proper extraction, particles may build up between the laser and the engraved object. This may
deflect the laser beam and impair engraving precision. Gravograph extraction systems keep your equipment
dust free, maintaining precision levels and ensuring engraving excellence day after day.

EASY TO MAINTAIN
Our extraction systems are designed to optimise access and facilitate maintenance operations. Gravograph
exhausts are equipped with cleanable pre-filters, separate HEPA filter, refillable charcoal cartridges and
brushless motors, are very cost effective systems to run.

USER AND PLANET FRIENDLY

Every system in the range complies with international health & safety legislation and RoHS norms. All
contaminants are secured in disposable filters. Only clean and pure air is pumped back into the workshop,
ensuring premium user comfort.

DESIGNED ESPECIALLY

A triple filtration system secures all particles in the filters for the ultimate in user
