Monitoring Sytem. The exponentially growing healthcare costs coupled with the increasing interest of
patients in receiving care in the comfort of their own homes have prompted a serious need to
revolutionize healthcare systems. This has prompted active research in the development of solutions
that enable healthcare providers to remotely monitor and evaluate the health of patients in the comfort
of their residences. However, existing works lack flexibility, scalability, and energy efficiency. This article
presents a pervasive patient health monitoring (PPHM) system infrastructure. PPHM is based on
integrated cloud computing and Internet of Things technologies. In order to demonstrate the suitability
of the proposed PPHM infrastructure, a case study for real-time monitoring of a patient suffering from
congestive heart failure using ECG is presented. Experimental evaluation of the proposed PPHM
infrastructure shows that PPHM is a flexible, scalable, and energy-efficient remote patient health
monitoring system.
Debbarma, Jhunu and Mitra, Sanjoy and Nath, Shibsankar (2018), An Investigative Evaluation of the
Developments of the Internet of Things Based Health Care Systems. As a result, vigorous study in the
enhancement of solutions that support healthcare providers to remotely observe and assess the health
of patients from their residences has developed. The prevailing mechanisms have minimal flexibility,
scalability, and energy efficiency. This paper introduces a Ubiquitous Health Monitoring Infrastructure
(UHMI) to cater the need of the crises. The current study is created on cloud computing and Internet of
Things technologies. The evaluation of the proposed method exhibits better flexibility, scalability and
energy efficient remote patient monitoring system. (2018)

Majumber, Mondal and Deen (2016) created a Wearable Sensors Remote for Health Monitoring. Life
expectancy in most countries has been increasing continually over the several few decades thanks to
significant improvements in medicine, public health, as well as personal and environmental hygiene.
However, increased life expectancy combined with falling birth rates are expected to engender a large
aging demographic in the near future that would impose significant burdens on the socio-economic
structure of these countries. These system will also allow healthcare personnel to monitor important
physiological signs of their patients in real time, assess health conditions and provide feedback from
distant facilities. In this paper, we have presented and compared several low-cost and non-invasive
health and activity monitoring systems that were reported in recent years. A survey on textile-based
sensors that can potentially be used in wearable systems is also presented.

Chao Wang and Weike Lai (2019) created a real-time health care monitoring system. It should be safe,
effective, and patient-centered. This paper aims to analyze the opinions and emotions of medical and
health products, and to design and develop monitoring systems by crawling multiple websites and
reviews in a variety of formats. Data preprocessing is used to preprocess the quantized image, and
finally, it is recommended in combination with the analysis results.

sumit and jamal (2019) Smartphones Sensor for Health Monitoring Diagnosis. Over the past few
decades, we have witnessed a dramatic rise in life expectancy owing to significant advances in medical
science and technology, medicine as well as increased awareness about nutrition, education, and
environmental and personal hygiene. Consequently, the elderly population in many countries are
expected to rise rapidly in the coming years. A rapidly rising elderly demographics is expected to
adversely affect the socioeconomic systems of many nations in terms of costs associated with their
healthcare and wellbeing. In addition, diseases related to the cardiovascular system, eye, respiratory
system, skin and mental health are widespread globally. However, most of these diseases can be
avoided and/or properly managed through continuous monitoring. In order to enable continuous health
monitoring as well as to serve growing healthcare needs; affordable, non-invasive and easy-to-use
healthcare solutions are critical. In this paper, we present a comprehensive review of the state-of-the-
art research and developments in smartphone-sensor based healthcare technologies. A discussion on
regulatory policies for medical devices and their implications in smartphone-based healthcare systems is
presented.

Xie, Luo, Mita, Feng (2017) Created a real-time structural health monitoring (SHM) system can be
realized based on the proposed substructure approaches with processing several accelerations each
time.In order to minimize the difficulties in the health monitoring system, two substructural methods co
mbined with various mathematical techniques are introduced in the article, such as numerical complexit
y, the number of uncertain parameters and the number of sensors. A full structure is divided into smalle
r substructures in the methods, which are modelled by modifying the motion equations of the substruct
ures as a set of single-degree-of - freedom (SDOF) systems.

Wei,De,Jun,Samir,Rohrmann(2018)This paper discusses the vibrationbased structural health monitoring
of a prestressedconcrete box girder bridge on the A100 Highway in Berlin by applying the methodology
of systematic pattern recognition to a huge amount of data continuously obtained during the period fro
m 2000 to 2013 by an automated monitoring system. Firstly, it explains the general state and possible d
amage of the bridge. Then, from 20 velocity sensors, the dynamic properties are collected. It also tracks
environmental variations collected by five thermal transducers and traffic volume determined roughly b
y strain measurements. Nonlinear temperature effects on natural frequencies are observed. Subsequent
ly, a baseline wellbeing index is established using the results during the first year. To describe the nonlin
ear relationship between natural frequencies and temperatures, the multiple linear regression ( MLR) te
chnique is used.To create a predictive health measure, the Euclidean distance of the residual errors is de
termined. Finally, the indices obtained in subsequent years steadily deviate; this may suggest systemic w
eakening due to loss of prestress in the tendons under strain.

A major necessity in the modern world is to get it all in a really short period. Individuals tend to
recognize their actual health status at the same tome and they want appropriate treatment
immediately. But without someone’s support, older and disabled persons are very unable. They also
have to face too many issues to warn others about their health status. A smart car system has been
proposed to achieve. The device introduced consists of health tracking devices for measuring body
temperature and heartbeat. Dispalying temperature and heart rate data on an LCD, this health tracking
system often sends an automated warning to caretakers or physicians. For elderly and disabled
individuals, a fall warning device. Once the data has passed the usual value and the fall sensor senses
the fall, automatic feedback is provided by the device.
