MID TERM ASSIGNMENT OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
As a project leader to be boost sales target of Bubbly Bubble Tea Inc., I will be responsible
to balance (or to juggle) budgets, schedules and quality issues that will ensure that the Project’s
goals are met. The assignment creates the entire project organization including: administration and
the planning of resources; project budgets; cost controls; project schedules and the work
breakdown structure; and the writing of the project’s scope of work. Project Management then
uses these tools to manage and to track the entire project from beginning to end.

INTRODUCTION
The sales boost project involves internal and external project management. The internal
level of project management is more important as it enables the identification of relationships
between individuals and groups involved in the project within the parent functional departments
in the organisation. The assignment will present an appropriate project charter to the management
of Bubbly Bubble Tea Inc. along with a project plan, cost and time schedule, project evaluation
and role of project players.
PROJECT CHARTER
Project Purpose: Bubbly Bubble Tea Inc. has been selling classic bubble tea and other menu in
Taiwan in the 1980's. Because the new entrants has entered the market and their market is less and
Sales person are not performed with motivation, it needs more encourage and extra profits for sales
person in order to develop a new sales strategy within close proximity to their target market.
Implementing of new sales strategy is also needed.
Project Description: To identify, develop and implement new sales strategy to boost sales target.
Project Goals:
To identify the motivation activities for sales person accordance to project guideline
dated 17 May 2020 within budget.
To improve customer’s satisfaction.
To devise a project plan that can referenced for future events.
To involve employees in the process of implementing the project
Project Objectives:
To increase revenue within one quarter.
To improve the condition of fatigue and low morale of the sales force

Identify a minimum of 3 potential project plan
Develop projections to forecast anticipated sales at each potential project plan
Provide a recommendation for new project plan
Develop a process to solicit employee’s input when implementing new project

Provides expertise on a specific subject. Responsibilities include: maintain up-to-date
experience and knowledge on the subject matter; and provide advice on what is critical to the
performance of a project task and what is nice-to-know.

The person or department requesting the deliverable. Responsibilities include: partner with the
sponsor or project manager to create the Project Charter; partner with the project manager to
manage the project including the timeline, work plan, testing, resources, training, and
documentation of procedures

CONCLUSION
Project management best practices are key to operating an efficient and effective multiple
listing service. Recognizing that every organization is structured differently, with varied staff and
capabilities, Bubbly Bubble Tea may have to establish a benchmark suitable to their structure.
What is important to remember is that the key principle of successful project management
requires proper planning, communication, and execution. Thinking through the project plan in
anticipation of a product launch is an imperative foundation for setting expectations around
product or service delivery.
The assignment has successfully identified an appropriate project charter to the
management of Bubbly Bubble Tea Inc. along with a project objectives, goals, budget,
deliverables, Work Breakdown Structure and project players.
