2. I plan to organize my company as Corporation.

3. The staff of the company will be include CEO, Executive Secretary,


Marketing VP,Production VP, Sales VP, Public relations, Product services,
manager and staff.

set the goal that we will make our chips become famous and make our sell

Step 1

My company is a new company. We peouce carrot chips. It is so crunchy and


tasty. We want our chips become famous same as Mr. Potato. I want to have
our own factory which is make the chips.

Step 2

I am sure my company will make a good and quality product. We will make
sure we have a superior customer service. My company’s purpose is to sell
carrot chips.

Step 3

My company decide to sell the chips because we want the customer taste our
chips. We made it with our secret ingredients and recipe.

Our missipn statement is” we will success no matter what”.

The product / service I will sell is Carrot Chip because it's made from
carrots that have a lot of nutrients. Among its benefits is to strengthen
immunity. In carrots, it contains vitamins B and C, alpha carotene, calcium
and potassium. It is good to strengthen the body's immune system to fight
disease.

Besides, it is a light but nutritious food that comes from a nutritious


substance. this product does not use flavored ingredients and can be
eaten by anyone of all ages.

As this product has different ingredients in terms of vegetable based


ingredients such as carrot. It can also attract an individual who does not
like to eat vegetables to love vegetables.

My competitive advantage is that it produces healthy chips. This product


has a great variety in terms of ingredients used and has a true taste of
nutritious vegetables such as carrots.

My customers are of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults.


Furthermore, men or women can enjoy our products.

My customers also from all over the country because my product was
introduced by people who responded well after purchasing my product.
All income groups have purchased this product that I produce at a
reasonable price.

My typical customers have these characteristics in common is a friendly


person who always asked about my product development. next, a fussy
person who always ask about the ingredients in my product, the nutritional
value of my product, and what are the disadvantages of consuming this
product.

 My product or service is spicy carrot chips.

Pricing

 Cost to start our business is rm7000.00 . According to our plan, we need


almost rm6000 to buy some cooking utensils such as stove gas, gas
barrels, airtight container and many other appliances used to run this
business. We need to be good at choosing durable kitchen appliances.

 These appliances can be purchased directly with distributors who can


provide a specific price. Any special equipment we need for our business
would include high pressure cookers and cutting machine.

 We get the money to cover our start-up cost is we made a loan with the
BSN Bank. If we are short of money for our project, we can get more from
our savings.
