What I know?
Pre-Test
The learners will answer the 15-item test to check what they know about Nature, Goals
and Perspectives in Anthropology, Sociology and Political Science (module pages 2-3)
To determine their background knowledge about the topic they may check their answers
on page 18

On this activity the learners will fill out the table by telling the changes on some aspects in
their lives and answer the process questions.
Process questions can be able the learners to identifies the social changes that happens and
how it was affected by the pandemic.
What is It?
In this part, the learners are given some input to deepen their understanding about the topic.
Discuss the difference of anthropology and sociology. To deepen their understanding of
themselves as members of society by studying these three specialized fields, namely:
anthropology for culture, sociology for society and political science for politics (see page 7-
9 of the module)

Perform activity 1 My Personal social map page 10 – this activity learners will be
asked to find their own social location by creating their own social map by filling up
every important feature given on the box from the module. Then tries to answer the
follow up question to identify the importance of finding their social location in their
own society.
Do activity 2 (pages 10 - 11) – here they were asked to make a historical footprint of
your contemporary society so that people of future generations will understand how
people of today lived, and what their personality, values, set of beliefs, and ideas. They
will be asked to Draw or look for picture of two objects that represent your society
with explanation.
