The current outbreak of the COVID-19 is spreading rapidly around the world with
over 100 million people confirmed cases by February 2, 2021. Covid-19 pandemic
caused a big stir in all countries that greatly changed and affected the people. Health
protocols were implemented that brought us to this new normal; wearing face masks
and face shields as part of our day to day lives. The Philippines is one of the countries
that is greatly affected by the pandemic that until now it hasn’t yet risen. Through this
more restrictive health protocols were applied to control the cases of Covid-19 by cities.
Iligan City is one of those cities that is affected by the pandemic. It affected the
livelihood, tourism, and education in Iligan City that made the locals adjust to the new
normal. Due to this a lot has changed because of the implementation of more restrictive

hindrance to do the custom, by implementing this it changes the education system of
the country from physical learning to online learning. The new education system
affected the teachers and most especially the students. A lot of students don't have any
