activity?
It’s okay ma’am, we are all survived the

Okay let’s proceed to our discussion, the
activities that I have given is all about
the physical fitness test. Physical fitness
has different components!

(calls a student) (students raise their hands)

Very good! Health-related fitness and skill

components ma’am
So in health-related fitness we have the
cardiovascular endurance, muscular
strength and endurance, flexibility and
body composition.

Can anyone give me the definition of it?

(calls a student) (students raise their hands)

Cardiovascular endurance is the ability of

the heart, lungs, and blood vessels to
deliver oxygen to the body tissue.
Muscular strength it refers to the
amount of force a muscle can produce
with single maximal effort.
Flexibility is the range of motion for

related fitness it is important because it
helps prevents diseases and illness,
improves your mood, boosts energy,
and promotes better sleep.

So let’s proceed in skill components we

have agility, balance, and power, speed,
coordination, and reaction time.

(students raise their hands)

So how about in skill components can
anyone give the definition of each?
Agility is the ability to move quickly
(calls a student’s) Balance is the distribution of weight
enabling someone or something to
remain upright and steady. Power is the
ability to exert a maximal force in a short
a time as possible. Speed is the ability to
move quickly across the ground or move
limbs rapidly to grab or throw.

successfully participate in sports and
activities.

2. Application

I will divide the class into five groups

each group will choose a representative
to execute the different components of
physical fitness. While the first group
performs the components, the rest of the
group will identify what particular
component of physical fitness are they
demonstrating? The group with the
highest score will gain highest points.

Congratulations to the group 2 you got

100 points, group 3 got 90 points, group 1
got 80 points, group 5 got 70 points and
group 4 got 60 points.

(all are done performing)
