In the course of the audit engagement, the Internal Auditors issue tentative and piecemeal reports to the Branch
Manager to provide timely updates on the progress of the engagement and the performance of the Branch. Ideally, the
Internal Auditors discusses with the Branch Manager the implications and findings contained in a sectional audit report
to enable further validation and clarification of the results of the findings.

Branch Managers, and optionally, the Area and District Heads, are expected to exercise due diligence in analyzing a
sectional report and to participate in discussions with the Internal Auditors throughout the engagement.

The information in this report includes the results for the following key branch process and sub-process:
