● Taught 20 elementary level classes K-5 in a majority in-person environment for 8 weeks
● Created a Clickbait project for 5th grade, engaging students through visual culture and combining popular and fine art.
● Incorporated lessons based on storytelling, values, and imagination through a Folktale project with 2 nd grade.
● Designed a Portrait lesson for first graders based on how their relationships with seeing others have been impacted due to
the pandemic.
● Utilized both writing and verbal forms of self-assessment for students to reflect upon their artwork and incorporating art
vocabulary within their responses.
● Helped students with visual impairments and behavioral issues such as ADHD and Autism through individual instruction
and discussing with cooperating teacher about student’s goals within the classroom.

● Designed and collaborated with two peers to create media exploratory lesson plans using paint, yarn, pipe cleaners for pre-
kindergarten classes, 6 students ages 3-5 years and 15 students ages 4-6 years
