    AFFIDAVIT OF NO INTEREST TO FILE CRIMINAL CHARGES

    WE, ALLAN JAMES TENORIO and DONNA TENORIO, of legal ages, Filipinos,
    married to each other, and residents of Cebu City, Philippines, after being sworn to according to
    law, depose and say, that:

    1. That WE are the OWNERS/LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES of TURKS (the Company)


    where Ralph Jacob Flores, our employee, was reprimanded for misappropriating funds
    of the company that happened on or about January 2018 while at PACIFIC MALL, U.N.
    Ave., Mandaue City, Cebu, Philippines;

    2. That Mr. Ralph Jacob Flores has shown sincere remorse and has returned the full
    amount which he had misappropriated from the company;

    3. In view of the foregoing, WE hereby confess, declare and manifest our ABSOLUTE
    LACK OF INTEREST and PERMANENT DESISTANCE from filing any suit, whether
    criminal, civil or administrative, arising out of this incident;

    4. WE have already settled the matter amicably and that the Company will not anymore
    pursue any legal action against Mr. Ralph Jacob Flores;

    5. The foregoing statements have been fully read and translated to US in our own dialect,
    which WE understand and that WE fully understood their meaning and importance;

    6. WE execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements and for
    whatever legal purpose this may serve.
