Title : Develop a data gathering tool for trainees’ characteristics

Performance Objective:
Choose your NCII/NCIII qualification and accomplish the form. You should be
able to develop a data gathering tool for trainees’ characteristics that is suitable for the
learners that you have in your region or area of operation.( Assume that you have 1
trainee in your chosen qualification, and you are gathering her/his characteristics)

Equipment : PC, Laptop, Tablet or Mobile Phone

Steps/Procedure:
1. Search for the sample data gathering tool for trainees’
characteristics on the next page.
2. Based on the clients that you have and the qualification you chose, edit the file to
make a data gathering tool for trainees characteristics which is suitable to your
qualification and area of operation.
3. Develop a data gathering tool for trainees’ characteristics
4. Submit your work in google classroom. The output of this activity should be
submitted in google classroom. The filename format should be your Last name
First Name, Subject Code ( TASK3ARTIAGAM,EDUC113A)

Learning styles a. Visual - The visual learner takes mental pictures of


information given, so in order for this kind of learner
to retain information, oral or written, presentations
of new information must contain diagrams and
drawings, preferably in color. The visual learner
can't concentrate with a lot of activity around him
and will focus better and learn faster in a quiet study
environment.
b. Kinesthetic - described as the students in the
classroom, who have problems sitting still and
who often bounce their legs while tapping their
fingers on the desks. They are often referred to as
hyperactive students with concentration issues.
