    Dear Ms. Villarama,

    Greetings!

    We write in behalf of our client, Rose Ann Gonzales, Joseph Baltazar and
    Kate Gonzales to formally demand the payment of the money you owned a
    total of One Hundred Six Thousand Php 106,000.00 (inclusive interest
    charges). You may refer to the computation herein attached as ”Annex A”

    It appears from the record that you owned a total of Eighty Six Thousand
    Php 86,000 to Rose Ann Gonzales and Joseph Baltazar while you owned a
    total of Twenty Thousand Php 20,000 to Kate Gonzales (inclusive interest
    charges)

    Accordingly, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to settle the


    outstanding amount of your loan on 31st August 2021. Failure to settle the
    aforementioned amount shall forced us to proceed with the filing of a case
    against you in court and this letter shall be tendered in court as evidence of
    your failure to pay. Legal action may result as having to pay legal costs,
    interest and impact on your credit history without prejudice to the lawful
    attachment of your property to satisfy the payment of your debts.
