    Re: RETURN OF COMPANY PROPERTIES

    Dear Ms. Domingo,

    Greetings!

    We write in behalf of our client, The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation


    (”TGLFC” for brevity) to formally demand the return of the productivity tools
    particularly described as CASH amounting to Ten Thousand Pesos (Php
    10,000.00) representing your revolving fund and repsresenatation allowance
    as well as the issued SIM Cards to you.

    It appears from the records that the said properties were issued to you in
    relation to your employment and that the same are subject for return as
    soon as you terminate your employment with TGLFC. However, at this point,
    you have not return any of these tools despite repeated demands. While our
    client acknowledged the return of productivity tools today, please note that
    you still failed to surrender the remaining properties mentioned above.
    Please also note that release of your back pay is subject to the satisfactory
    completion of your clearance where proper liquidation and/ or return IN
    FULL the amount of P10, 000.00 issued to you is required.

    Please be advised that your possession of the company property and its
    failure to return despite demand shall be considered a violation of TGLFC’s
    Code of Conduct SECTION III. OFFENSES AGAINST PROPERTY
    Subsection IIIA10. Misappropriation or embezzlement or unauthorized
    use of company funds or property and also considered as a crime under
    Title X- CRIMES AGAINST PROPERTY Chapter 3 of the the Revised
    Penal Code.

    Accordingly, FINAL DEMAND is hereby made upon you to return the


    subject property IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT hereof. Failure to return
    the aforementioned property shall force us to proceed with the filing of a
    case against you in court and this letter shall be tendered in court as
    evidence against you. Legal action may result as having to pay legal costs,
    interest and impact on your employment history.
