Scenario 1:

The appropriate ethical decision model is Full-disclosure model which the ability of an organization to
express their thoughts and suggests the management decision in accordance to the benefit of the many
just like in the situation of Angela, which she seek for help and permission on her bank manager to
auction his autographed album for the treatment of her daughter and the other employee heard the
conversation and they tell the bank manager to give permission to Angela which they also both of them
will benefitted.

Scenario 2:

The disparity between belief and behavior in Vince’s situation is Self interest and Self-protection, which
in this situation that their police station building needs some repairs, but one day the typhoon hits and
damaged their station. The government will help and send disaster assessment team for the affected
areas and provide relief money to help them. His boss tell him to hire laborers in destroying the partial
part of the police station building, and his boss says that when the disaster assessment team arrive ask
them to prioritize the police station, and it will be the most important public in town they said, but they
didn’t think for the others that in need also. Another thing is they spending time in such activity rather
than doing rescue-relief and patrolling after the disaster.
