mind; she wants to turn stress into motivation. As a motivational
speaker, she aims to encourage people to live a healthy lifestyle,
and she wants to impact their audiences when it comes to stress
management. She wants to help friends, neighbors, and those
struggling with a high degree of stress or a great lot of stress.
Changes in your thinking and behavior may impact your biology,
and when you choose to connect with emphasis, you may
strengthen your resilience. Somewhat of focusing on the bad parts

she was well prepared to offer her speech.

- Many different elements of our lives are affected by stress, and this
kind of speech, from which I learned a great deal, helps us cope
with stress in a good rather than a negative way, so enhancing our
motivation in our everyday lives. I learned a lot from this speech.
Many people are coping with stress since it helps us to be a better
person in general as a result of it. When faced with a difficulty, we
each have our own unique strategy to coping with stress or
obstacles, which includes how we think and behave in the face of
stress, which is discussed more below. The speaker, on the other
hand, encouraged us to always have faith in our own abilities to
cope with stress and to believe in our own power to make our lives
