1. Unpack the carton and place all the parts on the floor.
2. Attach the front tube (2) and rear tube (2) to the main frame (1) using M8*40mm bolt (19) and
M8 flat washer (23) tighten the M8 nut cap (21) with wrench supplied.
3. Connect the exercise monitor link cable (24) and exercise monitor pick-up cable (25).
4. Attach post tube (4) to main frame (1) and fix. Then use M8 flat washer (23) and M8×16mm
bolt (20). Then tighten them by wrench.
5. Use M5*12mm bolt (18) to fix tension control (8) at post tube (4) by wrench.
6. Fix seat tube (3) to seat (7) using nut (22) and M8 flat washer (23) provided. Fix the bush (9) to
main frame (1).
7. Unlock the knob (10) and insert seat tube (3) into main frame (1) tube to the desired height and
screw on firmly.
8. Slide the handle bar (5) through the handle bar bracket. Tighten the M8 knob (15) M8 flat
washer (23) and M8 × 12 mm bolts (17) to lock the handle bar into place. Moisten handle bar
(5) with soapy water and side the grip (6) over the handle bar. Fit the cap (16) to the grip (6).
9. Fit the pedal (11L) marked “L” to the left side of the bike, the same as pedal (11R).
10. Insert the meter bracket (14) into the top of the post tube (4) slide the meter (13) onto the meter
bracket (14). Connect the exercise monitor link cable (24) to the meter (13).
11. Make sure that all bolts are secure. The exercise bike is now ready to use.
TOOL
1. Use the exercise cycle only on a hard lever and dry surface.
2. Before each exercise session, be sure to check unit for loose or broken parts that
could hamper performance or cause you harm.
3. Always wear shoes while exercising on your Exer. Cycle for added safety and
comfort.
4. Sit comfortably in the seat with feet firmly placed on pedals. Extend your arms to
reach the handlebar.
5. Do not use outdoors.
6. Use the Exer. Cycle only as described in this manual.
