    DISCUSSION PORTFOLIO DAY is considered a Culminating Resources


    Activity/Performance wherein at the end of every quarter,
    schools are encouraged to put up exhibits of students’
    products across the subjects or learning areas. Learners may
    also do an exhibition of their performances in different
    subjects as evidence of their learning or attainment of
    performance standards. Thus, when parents receive the report
    card and confer with teachers they will actually be
    witnessing what students are learning in school.
    The learners’ quality products can likewise be sold to
    stakeholders at reasonable price so that the learners will
    appreciate the value of their works, thus they can gradually
    internalize entrepreneurship skills as we are preparing them
    for Entrepreneurship as of the Exits of K to 12 Program.

    The day had been the core of parents and teachers’


    affirmative consensus to the leading concerns of the school.
    All are given the opportunity to talk and share their
    viewpoints in mending students’ adjustment on distant
    learning.

    During the program, the Principal discussed the


    following AGENDA:
    1. SUBMISSION OF REQUIREMENTS (PSA/INCOMPLETE GRADES)
    2. SUMMATIVE TEST ADMINISTRATION THROUGH LIMITED FACE TO
    FACE
    3. UNDERGRAD AND GRADUATING STUDENTS (School-year-end
    preparation)

    With regards on the conduct of Summative Test through


    limited face to face, the Principal clearly discussed the
    possible circumstance that could probably happened halfway
    to its underlying principles. And so, most of the parents
    agreed to have and conduct the summative test inside the
    parameter of the school with a verbal consent from the
    parents and form to be checked and approved from them.

    With the said concerns, the teachers and parents even


    the Principal promised to answer positively and put some
    actions on the needed concern of the said circumstance. They
    promised that before the school year comes to an end, it
    will be very easy and comfortable to the students in
    answering all the activities in the modules.

    Lastly, the District Supervisor, assessed and gave


    assistance to the parents in solving the existing problem on
    distant learning. He also decoded a commendable appraisal to
    all the teachers especially to Sir Jose Melendres in
    pursuing the said portfolio day out of vain.

    Right after the program from morning and afternoon


    session, the parents went to their respective room as to
    where their advisers showed the outputs and put some
    exhibits on the performance and data gathered for the rest
    of the quarter. This would be the time that the adviser
    shall bounce the needed concern with regards of the
    students’ performance and parents shall do the same and in
    accord.
    Dr. Carlos B. Balanquit, District Supervisor had his support and help on the conduct of
    3nd Quarter Portfolio Day.

    ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at about 9:15 in the morning and 3:30 in
    the afternoon. It was moved by Mr. Jose E. Melendres, the School Principal himself.
