You are on the eve of completing your probation period, and we are reviewing your performance during the past
months in the organization.
Process
We have enclosed an appraisal form (See Annexure), which evaluates an individual on areas such as, Core
Competencies, Functional adeptness and Soft skills.
We believe that an appraisee should get an opportunity to give his / her inputs during an evaluation process. We thus
request you to fill up the form and forward it your appraiser / reviewer for their inputs. The reviewer is requested to
forward the form to HR so that we can finalize the confirmation in time.
