    Method of Statement
    - Surface preparation by heavy duty grinder machine, follow by scarifier machine to provide
    surface profile CSP 4 - CSP 5 for better bonding.
    - Surface preparation by heavy duty grinder machine.
    - Remove floor surface dust, dirt and other contaminants.
    This method of surface preparation is dust free by using industrial vacuum.
    - Apply 1st layer ±0.5mm thick UCRETE MF scratch coat by using trowel and allow curing.
    - Apply 2nd layer ±0.5mm thick UCRETE MF scratch coat by using trowel and allow curing.
    - Apply ±3mm thick UCRETE MF Topping by using trowel and allow curing.
    - Allow the completed floor to cure 24 hours before open traffic.
    ( Total thickness ±4mm)

    TERMS & CONDITIONS:
    1. Power floated concrete without hardener. Suggest to specify floor flatness of FM2 conditions.
    2. Surface regularity is defined as the flatness or measure waviness of the screeded surface.
    3. Compressive strength of the concrete shall be minimum 25 N/mm2 and pull of strength at least 1.5N/mm2,
    and shall be allowed for full cured in 28 days.
    4. The substrates must be dry and the moisture content below 4 %.
