Public relations are everywhere today. It's a practice
that has become an important aspect of any business venture. Whether an organization is not for profit, for profit, or governmental, they still need and desire to speak their purpose within the community and publicity allows this to happen. There are several publics during which the PR practitioner must correspond with and every requires a different means of communication. Internal publics are inside the organizations like clerks, managers, and stockholders.
Due to the world's rapid change through advanced
technology public relation became more and more a world activity. Nowadays, it's one among the fastest-growing fields of professional employment worldwide. The general public relation profession should be constantly adapted to the requirements of society through which different people and different organizations from different countries form a range of definitions.
The communication process includes the exchange of verbal
and non-verbal messages in which participants not only exchange, but also build and share meaning with knowledge, ideas, news and feelings. It is a continuous mechanism in which the message is transmitted through various media to the receiver. It must be a two-way process in order for communication to be effective. The sender encodes the message, the recipient decodes it and recognizes the message as intended by the sender. The recipient must respond and provide input on his interpretation of the message to the sender. If the process is incomplete, then the contact target has not been met.
Communication is central to a successful public
relationship, which is defined as a practice to conserve, sustain and improve an organization's credibility by maintaining a positive relationship between the organization and its staff, stakeholders, customers, partners and the public. The role of public relations is to generate a positive image of a business in the minds of its target audience. It conducts various activities to raise public awareness of a product, a service or some other issue, such as addressing the media, speaking at conferences, advertising, engaging in events and corporate social obligations. In reality, it manages the public image of an entity by ensuring a proper flow of communication between the two parties, the target audience and the business. One-way communication like war propaganda wants to realize a unit popular opinion by influencing and persuading the general public opinion to extend the organization's business whereby two-way communication creates sympathy with the concept that an organization also changes its attitude and behaviour constantly and not just the audience.

In simple terms, the role of publicity in a company is immense and wide scope. To build image and reputation of the organization. PR practitioners work for the organization to image and reputation of the organization in several magazines, articles in media, and its publications. Therefore, PR writing is an important aspect in PR. So, we must be able to work and speak with people comfortably within the public environment so as to speak effectively. Hence, the most fundamental tool a PR people should have is that the ability to write down and write well. PR people write news release, annual reports, advertising copy, radio and video scripts and social media posts to achieve the aim of building and holding relationships with publics and media.
