    PROJECT PROPOSAL ON THE PROVISION OF COVID-19 RELATED ITEMS FOR


    SURALLAH CENTRAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

    I. Rationale

    The country has been struggling against COVID-19 to slow down the spread
    of the virus and diseases. However, the expected output is yet to be achieved.
    The Department of Education (DepEd), just like any other governmental
    department, play a key role in finding ways for learning opportunities to be
    provided despite the threat ,challenges , and uncertainties caused by this time of
    pandemic while ensuring the safety and welfare of all the individuals involved
    including the learners, parents, and the educators themselves. Thus, in this new
    normal, the department is looking for alternative ways to continue providing
    education with the precautionary measures to prevent the risk of COVID-19 may
    cause through the procurement of health materials.

    II. Objectives:

    1. To prevent or avoid the spreading of the virus in school and in the


    community.

    2. To ensure the safety of all involved individuals, the teachers, staffs and
    others, visiting the school premises.

    3. To promote the significance of proper hygiene.
