 School – Based Learning Action Cell
TITLE Session on Enhancing Educational Learning Activity
Sheets for Teaching.

Learning Activity Sheets is an assessment tool, are

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION activities designed or deployed by the teacher to bring
out, or create the conditions for teaching, at the same
time, can be used to enable learners to monitor the
progress of their own learning through the help of
classpoint, slido, jamboard, and wordwall. Learners can
understand and enjoy answering the activity sheets.

PRE – REQUISITE PROGRAM None

CoVid – 19 is not the hindrance to continue the teaching

RATIONALE – learning of teachers and of learners. Teacher plays big
role in education; it takes more responsible because
teacher shape the future of the learners. In education,
teaching and learning is very important to motivate our
learners, parents, and stakeholders.
Despite of this, the Department of Education is very
committed to ensure the continuity of education they
used different tools to introduce to the teachers to reach
the hands of every learner or to pursue their education.
At the very start of new normal education Masi
Elementary School used modular learning to reach or to
measure the knowledge of the learner. But some were
less of interest in answering the modules, some parents
also cannot teach or follow – up their children because
of low educational background therefore there is
mediocre performance of learner in all subjects.
To address this situation the school conducted a School –
Based Learning Action Cell Session on Enhancing
Educational Learning Activity Sheets for Teaching
through the use of Application Tools: CLASSPOINT,
SLIDO, JAMBOARD and WORDWALL.
Hence, Educational Learning Sheets can help teaching
and learning more enjoyable, keep learner understand,
and motivated into learning.
As stipulated in DepEd Order No. 35, s. 2016, the
Learning Action Cell (LAC) as a K to 12 Basic
Education Program School Based Continuing
Professional Development Strategy for the Improvement
of Teaching and Learning. School – Based Learning
Action Cell (LAC) Session will primarily function as a
professional learning community for teachers that will
help them improve practice and learner achievement.
In order to capacitate the Masi Elementary School
 teacher in developing and implementing educational
Learning Activity Sheets in their teaching, this Learning
Action Cell proposal would be very helpful, timely, and
relevant.

Terminal Objectives: Create an interactive activity sheet

OBJECTIVES using educational learning activity sheets
Enabling Objectives:
1. enhance teacher’s knowledge in educational
learning activity sheets
2. conduct and develop interactive activity using
educational learning activity sheets
3. present an output assigned to the group

TEACHERS

Expected Outputs

Learning and Development To evaluate the Learning and Development Activity,

Evaluation Tool/ Learning Monitoring and Evaluation, such as the daily Session
Assessment Tool and Facilitator’s Evaluation and End of Program

the topics, participants’ level of understanding of the
