    ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT OF THE PTA

    I. INTRODUCTION
    Parent –Teachers Associations is one of the most significant organization
    in the school community. The vital role signifies good partnership in terms
    of the implementation of the programs and projects in the school itself. The
    association revitalizing endeavor of effort to exist the good result of one
    program. On this part, output and outcomes resulted of the success. The
    school itself could not stand alone without the help of the PTA officials.
    Twice a month, the meeting process for the progress and development of the
    program implemented.

    II. OBJECTIVES
    1. To promote harmonious relationship.
    2. To utilize as functional partner of the school stakeholders.
    3. To help the school for the implementation of the programs and projects.
    4. To promote school-community friendly environment.

    III. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMMPLISHMENT

    1. Quarterly meetings conducted in order to monitor programs and


    projects implemented in the school.
    2. Parents participated actively in the school activities such as, greening
    program as Gulayan sa Paaralan.
    3. Participated in school project such as school beautification and
    improving heroes park.
    4. In school activities such as Search for Mr. Boden Powell and Ms.
    Escoda, parents contributed amounts to purchase a speaker to be
    utilized during school programs.

    IV. PROBLEMS MET


    1. Other parents lack of coordination and participation.
    2. Lack of fund.
    3. Other parents lack of support in their children development.
    4. Other parents have negative thinking about of the programs due to past
    implementation failed.

    V. CONCLUSIONS/RECOMMENDATIONS
    1. Still implementing the success of the program.
    2. Focus on good plan before the implementation.
    3. Coordinate or ask help of one another to meet the good success.
    4. Encourage the stakeholders to support the implemented projects.
