Bellboy : (bellboy take the luggage in the baggage and bring to the lobby)
Excuse me Mr. Pablo, your luggage are 4 pieces, 1 briefcase, 2 suitcase and 1 hand bag, is that
right?
Bellboy : well, please follow me go to the lobby for registration….mind your step please…..
(reception welcoming and handling the guest check in, Bellboy take care the luggage and prepare the
luggage tag, reception call the bellboy to escorting the guest to her/his room)
Reception : bellboy please,,,, please escort Mr. and Mrs. Pablo to room number #201, this is the room
key and guest card
Bellboy : yes, sure… Mr. and Mrs. Pablo, I am Satya your bellboy, are you ready to go to your room now?
Bellboy : this way please…mind your step…. How about your trip Mr. and Mrs. Pablo?
Guest : it was great, this is our second time stay in Bali to celebrate our anniversary….
Bellboy : wow… congratulation to you Mr. and Mrs. Pablo, thank you for choosing our hotel to celebrate
your anniversary….
Guest : yes sure, I will try your spa to relax my body after long trip from America..
Bellboy : Thank you….. well this is your room Mr. and Mrs. Pablo, the room number is #201.
Please wait a moment I will check your room first….. (Bellboy knock the door at least 3 times
to check the room). Tok-tok-tok bellboy please (3 times, and then open the door carefully and
check the room)
Well Mr. and Mrs. Pablo, your room is ready.. after you please….. (bellboy bring the luggage to
the room)
Bellboy : Mr. and Mrs. Pablo… Would you like to check your luggage once again?
Bellboy : Mr. and Mrs. Pablo may I explain your room facilities?
Bellboy : (bellboy explain the room facilities with the clock wise system)
(At the end of explain room facilities) Mr. and Mrs. Pablo…do you have any question for the
room facilities?
Bellboy : Mr. Pablo, this is your guest card and room key, don’t forget to bring your guest card and
room key if you want to go outside.
Bellboy : you are welcome, Mr. and Mrs. Pablo, thank you very much for your stay with us, we hope
