We would like to point out that 2 tender in the same vicinity

MIDC’s clarification
1 The Contractor has to prepare model of building at scale 1:50, within one month from the date of work
order in consultation with the Architect appointed .The model will be approved by the Architect.
2 It is the responsibility of bidder to shift Residents of 5 nos.of Hutments present at site to the location
allotted by Mhada under the guidance of Marathi Bhasha Vibhag,Mantralaya,Mumbai. After shifting the
huts, the necessary debris shall be removed at his own cost by taking necessary approval from MCGM.
3 The Contractor has to deposit following amount in the form of DD to the MIDC in the name of Executive
Engineer,Thane Division No.1,thane payable at Thane/Mumbai:-
1.The Deposit amount paid to MCGM for Debris disposal at demarcated site – Rs.12,50,000/-

Contractor shall follow-up with MCGM for refund of Deposit paid Rs. 12,50,000/- after completion of
work. In addition to above, the Contractor shall consider further payment required for survey of plot,
tree cutting /plantation, disposal of debris, temporary water / power connection etc. & same shall be
consider while quoting his offer accordingly.
4 The contractor has to coordinate with Traffic Department / Police/ MCGM/BEST/MPCB & other Statutory
Authority for execution of work. All charges shall be paid by the contractor.
5 The Contactor has to provide its own security for protection of plot, manpower, material & machinery
during execution of work from the date of work order.
6 The Contractor has to approve samples/ make of material required to be fixed at site from Third Party &
appointed Architect before its implementation. The payment will be released after confirmation letter/E
mail from Architect only.

calamities etc.
11 The contractor and Architect has to comply the conditions raised by MCGM in letter of approval dt.
01/04/2022 at appropriates stages during progress of work.
12 Shop drawings of all the related works of respective agencies including lighting, must be made by the
Contractor and approval to be taken from architects or consultant prior to execution.

“Providing and fixing of Jali works. size as per the drawings provided. Factory Manufacturing and finishing
and installation at site. The jali material of 4mm thick aluminum sheet which is laser cut as per the
approved design provided by the architect. The jali to be cut and bent in the desired angle and curvature
as per the drawings. The jali to be treated with anti rust coatings of the approved make and then
smoothened and anodized with approved color of base coat and then finished with pu polyurethane
copper finish coating to match copper material. The jali to be supported with brackets at the top and
bottom with 6 spacer channels of 50mm width to hold the two of jali layers together at every floor. The
two openable parts of 2 metres are identified in the drawings at every level as per the fire norms. These
two openable panels to operate on rollers. Rollere to be of reputed make and as per the weights of the
panels to operate smoothly. The hardware of the roller sysytem to be of anti rust property of reputed
makes like haffele, hettich or equivalent. The works to include providing, manufacturing, mockup
approvals, packing unpacking, delivery, all leads, installation, and all labour charges all included
