    GUIDELINES ON DISTRIBUTION OF SELF LEARNING MODULES (SLMs) AND


    LEARNING ACTIVITY SHEETS (LASs) FOR QUARTER 3
    OF SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022

    To: Public Schools District Supervisors and Principals In-Charge


    Public Elementary and Secondary School Heads
    Education Program Supervisors
    All Others Concerned

    1. In preparation for Quarter 3 of School Year 2021-2022, all concerned are


    required to observe and adhere with these guidelines on the distribution of SLMs
    and LASs.

    a. Teachers shall use the Regional Office-developed SLMs for


    Kindergarten – Grade 3 and Division Office-developed LASs for Grades 3-12
    subjects for Week 1 and Week 2 of Quarter 3 while the Schools Division
    Office is still waiting for the delivery of additional copies of DepEd Central
    Office-developed SLMs.

    b. Quarter 3 SLMs and LASs can be downloaded from these links using
    personal DepEd emails.

    d. For wise and efficient utilization of supplies and resources, printed
    SLMs and LASs from previous School Year that are still in good condition
    may also be used for distribution.

    e. In-house printing of SLMs and LASs shall be done using school


    Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE), Special Education
    Fund (SEF), and other sources of fund.

    f. All concerned are directed to observe precautionary measures at all


    times in relation to Presidential Proclamation No. 922 such as wearing of
    face masks, physical distancing, and other applicable protocols in the
    printing, preparation, distribution and collection of SLMs and LASs to
    contain the spread of coronavirus disease (COVID-19).

    2. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is directed.
