§ Responsible for working closely with line management, executive teams and other functional areas to proactively
address business issues related to workforce development.
§ Providing advice and counsel on multiple initiatives and recommending solutions to complex employee relations
and HR issues through partnering with other HR functions and legal teams as required.
§ Executing HR programs (such as compensation, rewards & recognition, performance management, workforce

§ Worked in the Compensation and Rewards & Recognition workstreams – planning and execution of the investment
programs in 2019 and 2020 for the Infrastructure Services business unit
Promotion targets achieved – 12% and 9% in 2019 and 2020 respectively
Recognition through awards – covered 15% of employees in 2019 and 10% in 2020, resulting in an increase of 20%
score (YoY) in the annual engagement survey towards the ‘recognition and appreciation’ dimension

§ Created MS Excel and Watson based dashboards to standardize reporting and provide key parameter visualizations
of demographics and attrition to business and HR leadership.

§ Developed a succession planning program for subject matter experts to reduce employee attrition risk. Resulted in
fewer critical attrition saves and enabled movement of 50 positions out of 250 in a span of 6 months.

§ Used gamification to increase learning in Strategic areas such as AI, Cloud, Analytics, Security etc. 10k unique
employees in India earned badges (from Credly’s Acclaim) for the first time in these areas in a period of 90 days
Achievements:
§ Worked on special payment program to enable retention of top talent and ensure smooth talent transition to new
company. Closely worked on execution of the program for APAC region resulting in a coverage of 12% employees –
top performers with critical skills. 95% of these employees accepted the pay-out thereby reducing attrition risk.

§ Worked on streamlining and execution of the new promotion process for GTS India. Coordination between different
stakeholders improved and the new promotion cycle has resulted in 30% faster demand fulfilment.
