KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, CARLOS MIGUEL S. LADERO, of legal age, Filipino citizen, a resident of 17
Presidents Avenue, Tahanan Village, Barangay BF, Paranaque City hereby name, constitute and appoint Ralph A. Tomocon and/or Danielle Mikhail S. Ladero and/or any of their representatives to do the following acts:
1. To assist me in transferring my taxpayer registration from Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)
Revenue District Office (BIR) No. 91 - Dipolog City to BIR RDO 52 - Paranaque City;
2. To do any and all such other acts and things and to execute, submit and deliver and all such other documents and instruments that the Attorney-in-Fact may deem necessary or advisable or appropriate in connection with the above-mentioned purpose;
3. To accept and receive any and all documents and papers, including official communications with the above-mentioned agencies or any other departments, offices or divisions relating to the above- mentioned purpose; and
4. To appoint one or more substitute or substitutes as attorneys under them or any of them for all or any of the purposes aforesaid and the appointment of the same at pleasure to revoke.
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power and authority to do any perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present; and
