A. Distribution and Retrieval of Modules
1. Presentation of 4 sets of students (Sets A, B, C and D)
2. Distribution and retrieval should be done every Tuesdays and Wednesdays
3. Same Sitio or Zone residents (students) may exchange their modules in
order to save time and effort in going to school.
4. Answer only what is asked in the WHLP and place the answers in the
Answer Sheets provided by the teacher.

A. Update of HRPTA Project
1. Amount collected remitted by PTA Presidents: Php 1,400.00
2. Change of project from genderized CR to landscaping of the new High
School Building.
3. Can remit donation to the: PTA President, HRPTA V-President and
HRPTA Treasurer
4. Advisers are not allowed to collect money.
5. Project will be implemented as soon as the classes transfer to the new
building.

B. Update of Module Distribution and Retrieval


1. Present list of students with incomplete Answer Sheets and those who did
not return the modules.
2. Distribute immediately the modules to the parents or guardians present.

C. Limited Face to Face Classes


1. Start of F2F Classes: March 12, 2022 due to Fiesta
2. Each student must be oriented with Health protocols.
3. Entrance and Exit – One way traffic – follow arrow and flaglets
instructions
4. Students with cough and fever (flu like symptoms) are advised to work at
home.
5. Face to face is optional – student can opt to choose modular form of
learning.
6. Change of Math, Science and Mapeh Teacher: Introduced Ms. Nova Angel
Pinara.
