     Please describe your teaching experience. The types of students, class sizes, materials used, etc.

    I taught different levels and different categories of learners. I started teaching in 2013 by teaching adults and
    teenagers together. In a private school managed by a female American teacher. The school’s name is Hopeland in
    Cherga. My experience was two years there.I also taught at the university of Bab ezzouar.teaching the English
    module there for three years, starting from 2018 until 2021. And I taught the state program in private middle and
    high school.(paradou academy of football ).
    And taught different levels at other schools , using different methods; interchange, pioneer, New headway and
    north star. I did my work using laptops, speakers and sometimes projectors.

     What kind of problems have you experienced when teaching and how did you deal with them? Give one or two
    examples.

    Teaching talkative pupils at high school. It was really difficult to manage, but with being serious and playing deaf at
    some behaviours and changing the pupils seats I could decrease this issue to a certain degree.

     What did you learn from those experiences?

    Honestly, I found that being serious from the first session is really important for the sessions which would come
    later….

     What do you think are the elements that make a good lesson?

    A complete Preparation from the part of the teacher, availability of teaching materials and students eager to learn.

     How important is functional practice in a lesson (role plays, skits etc)?

    It’s really important that it gives learners the opportunity to speak and helps them memorize and understand what
    they are studying.

     How do you make a lesson “customer-focused”?


    By giving them a lot of “wh” questions so that they can speak. and giving them the opportunity to write on the board
    while correcting the activities.

    Work environment; Training/Learning new skills; Remuneration; Stability; Challenge
    1- The working environment is the first thing I always choose. Because it can motivate or disappoint a teacher.

    2- Training and learning new things. To not fall into routine .

    3- A good renumeration.it motivates teachers to give their best in teaching.

    4- Stability and challenge: working together with competent and bright teachers triggers New teachers to work
    hard.

     What are your strong points? What skills could you bring to Berlitz?

    I am really good at teaching and explaining grammar points with simple ways.

    And I don’t think that I could bring New skills to your school. I think you are a high level school.

     How well do you handle criticism? Please give me an example.

    Beneficial criticism is always welcome for me. Like criticizing my way of teaching certain lessons, or my way of dealing
    with learners.

     What skills do you need to develop to become a better teacher?

    Maybe I need to gather as much vocabulary as I can. This helps the teacher to explain some difficult words or lessons
    in an easier way.

     Please give me an example of a situation where you have taken initiative and the outcome.

     How long do you intend to work for Berlitz? As long as you are in need of me
     How much do you expect to earn per month? I really don’t know!!! Depending on the groups and learners you
    have…
     How many hours do you want to work per week? 30 hours
     Are you able to commit to a minimum of 1 year with Berlitz? Yes, I am.
