RENTALLEASE AGREEMENTI

This Agreement of Rent/lease is made and executed on 20" Day March


2021 (20.03.2021) between M/s.PERFECTA LIFE STYLE, a Partnership firm having
its office at No.16, Fateh Complex, 3 Floor, S.Kariyappa Road, Yediyur,

1. That the OWNER/LESSOR has agreed to let-out the Schedule Premises to


the TENANT/LESSEE and has agreed to enter into the Rental/Lease

Agreement for the period of 11 months and after the expiry of
the fresh Rental/Lease Agreement should be prepare and renewed.

2. That the period of the rent in respect of schedule premises is commencing

from 01.04.2021.

3. That the TENANT/LESSEE shall pay the agreed amount of Rs.8,000/- (Rs.
Thousand only) towards rent to the OWNER/LESSOR on or before 7t"

4. That if TENANT/LESSEE desirous of vacating and handing over the Schedule


of the period of
premises, that the OWNER/LESSOR irrespective
Rent/Lease,it is hereby agreed that TENANT/LESSEE has right to give 3
month prior notice to the OWNER/LESSOR for vacating the Schedule

premises.

5. That the tenant shall bear electricity charges separately every month

regularly to the concerned authorities from time to time.
