    What is the condition of the pins, spacers & collars

    Is the mill dusting

    Is the Air Rrelief system functional

    What is the condition of the Fan blades

    Check the condition of the Fan Housing

    Check the condition of the Fan drive V-belts

    Check Fan Motor

    Check Hammer mill motor

    Are the door locks / hinge working free

    Is the noise level abnormal

    Check grease level in bearings

    Is grease purging from the bearings

    Inspect cyclone for leaks / holes

    Inspect elevator drive motor


    v-belts and drive pulleys

    Inspect condition and operation of controls and panel


    ACTIVITY CHECK REMARKS
    Check opening of front door airgate (1/8 to 3/16 in.)

    Check opening of door rear airgate (1/8 to 3/16 in.)

    Check opening of damper on airpan (≥ 1in.)

    Check static pressure at air inlets

    Check temperature of hammermill doors

    Record normal run amperage

    Weekly capacity test

    Check operation of level control on feed hopper

    Record normal run amperage of supply augers
