Project Brief – CPHI India 2022

EXHIBITION BACKGROUND:

A platform that gives business opportunity to pharma & chemicals professionals (Customers, Vendors, Suppliers,
Distributors and Channel partners), New Prospective Client & Jubilant representatives.

 STALL SIZE: 72 SQMT

OBJECTIVE:

 Create a platform to explore business opportunities and showcase our expertise.


 Point of contact for Jubilant representatives and existing stake holders like (Customers, Vendors,
Suppliers, Distributors, Channel partners), New Prospective Clients.
 To allow visitors to experience the newest technologies, products, systems for Jubilant Ingrevia Limited

BOOTH SPECIFICS:

1. Flooring – Laminate Flooring


2. Open sitting area: 5 round table sitting area outside with sitting capacity of 4 chairs
3. Bar Cum Pantry Services Need to be highlight of the stall – fully functional Pantry with Tea / coffee
vending Machine, 3 Pantry Boys, Microwave, Refrigerator & list of consumables (List for the same will
be shared separately).
4. Furniture –
Open discussion tables
Open discussion chairs
Reception Table
Bar Stool for bar & reception
Brochure Stands

5. Logo , Branding , Signage’s


a. Main Facia Branding – Logo needs to be preapproved with detailed material specification & final
crafted design to be approved at least 15 days prior to the main exhibition , also physical approval
onsite on 1st day of construction.
b. All logo branding will have common material specification. ( 3D & Backlit )
c. Graphics –Backlit Digital posters/PANELS
d. LED Screen Option or may be a Big LED wall

6. Electrical Installations :
a. Complete wiring inside the booth - Hqi's and spot lights as applicable.
b. Power sockets in the booth – Reception, Bar cum pantry, outside sitting area.
c. Special lighting for logos, fascia.

7. Miscellaneous :
Hostess for reception (1 Nos)
Daily Booth Cleaning
Serving Waiter/ Waitress
Waste bins in each room
REQUISITES & TIMELINES:

1. Final On ground Job execution only after the pre approvals of the following.
a. Cost / Estimates
b. Design finalisation
c. Working drawings
d. Floor space scaling
e. Fixtures & Furniture approvals
f. Material specifications
g. Art files approvals for graphics
h. Exhibition Related Forms Filling
i. Light Plan
j. Logo & Branding Plan

2. Final Timelines
a. All creative files must be approved at least 25 Days before exhibition
b. Branding & facia must be preapproved with detailed material specification & final crafted
design to be approved at least 20 days prior to the main exhibition, also physical approval
onsite on 1st day of construction
c. The Fully functional stall with complete fitments must be handed over at least 12:00 Noon
on last construction day, failing would attract following penalty.
d. Dedicated project manager not handling any other booth / client.
e. Project manager needs to be available for all days of exhibition including all construction
days on site.

3. Design should be modern, minimalistic
