    How to download Rankguru App on Mobile Phones

    Android / IOS

    C Parent Process
    1. Open the Message received from the school admin team.
    2. Click on the given link. The link directs to Google Play Store / App Store.
    3. Find the Rankguru app from appeared results and Click on ‘Install’.
    4. Click on ‘Open’ to launch the App.
    C General Process
    1. Open Google Play Store / App Store and Type ‘Rankguru’ in the search bar.
    2. Find the Rankguru app from appeared search results. Click on ‘Install’.
    3. Click on ‘Open’ to launch the App.

    How to download/Browse Rankguru App on PC and Laptop

    Windows / Mac

    C Downloading Rankguru App


    1. Open Google Play Store / App Store and Type ‘Rankguru’ in the search bar.
    2. Find the Rankguru app from appeared search results and Click on ‘Install’.
    3. Click on ‘Open’ to launch the App.

    1. Open Chrome/ Safari and Type ‘Rankguru’ or ‘Rankguru.com’ in the search bar.
    2. Find the Rankguru e vidya website.
    3. Click open to explore the website page.
    How to Login and Register on Rankguru App
    C Parent Process - First Time Users
    Step 1 - Enter the Admission number star ng with SCSxxxxxx.
    Step 2 - Enter the Registered Mobile Number to receive an OTP.
    Step 3 - Enter the OTP sent to the Registered Mobile Number.
    Step 4 - Create a password and enter it twice to Confirm.

    C General Process
    Step 1 - Enter the Admission number star ng with SCSxxxxxx / USRxxxxx.
    Step 2 - Enter the password.

    How to change or reset your password in Rankguru


    Step 1 - Visit the Rankguru sign-in webpage and enter the Admission Number.
    Step 2 - Click on ‘Forgot password?’ at the bo om of the screen.
    Step 3 - Enter the OTP received on the Registered Mobile Number.
    Step 4 - Create a new password and enter it twice to Confirm.
    Step 5 - Click on ‘Change Password’.

    Understanding the Usage of Rankguru – Modules and Components


    Rankguru includes four modules – Learn, Prac ce, Tests and Games.
    1. Learn -
    • The First Module, Learn consists of all the books and materials related to the
    subjects of a par cular grade.
    • Each lesson/ chapter in the Learn Module consists of three components –
    Anima ons, Ac vi es and Reading Materials.
    • Anima ons include Concept Anima on Videos and Recorded Teacher Videos.
    • Ac vi es include Interac ve Worksheet.
    • Reading Materials include the lesson PDF and E-book.
    2. Prac ce
    • The Second Module, Prac ce consists of 2 prac ce sheets in every lesson for
    all subjects.
    3. Tests
    • The Third Module, Tests consists of tests papers that will be uploaded at
    given schedules for a par cular dura on.
    4. Games
    • The Fourth Module, Games consists of variety of Games that enables the
    child to learn subject related concepts.
    Note: To play games the child must have earned some coins by watching recorded
    teacher videos form the ‘Learn Module’. A minimum of 10 coins is required to
    unlock a game.
    ã FAQ’s
    1. I am unable to download the app.
    A. In such cases please check the network connec on. If the issue prevails, check the
    android version of the mobile (Android version - 7.0 or above).
    2. I am unable to enter my 7 digit admission number.
    A. In such cases please contact the Support No – 040 71045045. If the problem
    prevails, inform the class teacher/principal.
    3. I am unable to receive the OTP.
    A. In such cases, please check the network and availability of the registered
    mobile number. If the issue prevails contact the Support No – 040 71045045
    4. I am unable to see the grade related content.
    A. In such cases, check if you are using the appropriate creden als linked to that
    par cular grade. If the issue prevails contact the Support No – 040 71045045
    5. Facing sudden disrup on in the app. Content or app closing automa cally.
    A. In such cases, please check the network connec on. In addi on, check the app
    version. Update the app and try again. If the issue prevails contact the
