Using your Content
Content is where you find your online interactive lessons, readers, assessment and
other content. Your progress will be recorded as you work through the content and
your performance will be recorded.
1. To access the content you have activated, log into the LMS. You will be on
the My Learning page. Find the product you would like to access and select
Content next to the product you would like to study.
2. You will now see the Content page. Choose an area of content (for
example Assessment; Online Workbook; Extension), then select Show
All to choose an activity.
Using the Gradebook
The Gradebook shows you how much of a product you have completed and your
grades. To view the Gradebook go to the class home page and select the

This way you can get information about your studies in each Unit, Activity etc.
Learner Profile
The Learner Profile is available to learners and consists of:
a visual representation of Unit Progress Test scores enabling learners to see easily
their progress unit by unit
a CEFR Report that uses the Mid-course and End-of-course Competency Test
scores to reliably measure learners agains the target CEFR level
Clicking on the link Check Flash Settings allows the user to adjust the Flash settings
again according to the steps above.
Students will not be able to proceed with the test until the Flash settings are correct
and the recording function is working.
Throughout the test the student has the opportunity to play back their responses. They
should be aware that the recordings need to be clearly audible and make any necessary
adjustments before continuing.
In the event that there is a problem with the Flash settings during the test which results
in the recording failing then the student will see an error message stating that the
recorded file could not be uploaded.
In this case they should close the test, clear browser data and re-launch the test. This
will ensure that the Flash pop-up is displayed and the settings can be checked again.
