1. Reference: LOI “Salamat Kapatid” Program.
2. This pertains to the conduct of “Salamat Kapatid” Program in honor
retired PRBS and PRBU personnel for the 1 st Quarter CY 2022 on April 5, 2022, Tuesday at 9:00 in the morning at the PRBS Conference Room, PRBS Building, Camp BGen Rafael T Crame, Quezon City
3. The “Salamat Kapatid” Program is a PNP tradition of giving recognition
to retired/retiring PNP personnel for their long years of dedicated and invaluable service rendered to the PNP organization and the country as a whole.
4. In this regard, all concerned Offices/Units shall perform the following
tasks:
a. Admin Office
1. OPR of the activity;
2. Prepare the Program for the activity; 3. Ensure attendance of the retired PNP personnel; 4. Prepare the citation for the Plaque; 5. Coordinate with MWD, DPRM for the Long Service Pin;and 6. Perform other tasks on order.
b. PCR Office
1. Prepare the Venue for the activity;
2. Document the activity; and 3. Perform other tasks on order.
c. BFO
1. Provide funds for the activity;
2. Provide ATM Replica; and 3. Perform other tasks on order. d. ITPO
1. Provide Zoom link for the said activity;
2. Ensure efficient IT connectivity of all personnel on virtual attendance; 3. Perform other tasks on order.
6. COORDINATING INSTRUCTIONS:
a. Concerned Division and PRBUs of former assignment of the concerned
retired personnel shall prepare AVP to be submitted to IT personnel on April 4, 2022, Monday at exactly 10:00 in the morning for consolidation prior to viewing on the D-day.
b. All Division/Section Chiefs shall be at the venue; and
c. All PRBS Headquarters and PRBU personnel shall be virtually present
