    1. References:
    a. PNP MASTER PLAN SANG- INGAT; and

    b. CPNP’s 5-Focused Agenda.

    2. In connection with the above references, on June 5, 2023, at about 8:30


    PM, the undersigned conducted inspection on the established anti-criminality
    checkpoint of Bamban MPS along McArthur Highway, Brgy. Lourdes, Bamban,
    Tarlac, personnel of PCP1 of Concepcion MPS in Brgy. San Francisco, Concepcion,
    Tarlac and PCP 6 of Tarlac CPS, Barangay San Isidro, Tarlac City to check the
    security and operational readiness of the personnel conducting police intervention.

    3. Likewise, personnel were reminded of the concepts of the CPNP’s 5-


    Focused Agenda.

    4. Activity ended at about 11:00 PM of the same date. Attached are the
    photos taken during the inspection.
