    I. REFERENCE: Information Report from this Office dated August 10, 2021
    with subject CTG Movements.

    II. INTRODUCTION

    Information received that on or about 08 2300H August 2021, mol of


    seven (7) armed personalities believed to be a member of CTG's under Platoon 2 (YGM)
    of GF NARCISO were seen passing by at Balagbag - Maranat trail (51P US 03458
    39297) Sitio Balagbag, Brgy. San Isidro CSJDM, Bulacan Accordingly said personalities
    came from the southeast portion and heading toward the north direction of said sitio for
    unknown mission. At about 09 1730H August 2021, five (5) men and one (1) woman
    wearing green long-sleeved, black pants, boots and carrying black bag packs and gallon
    of water, believed to be SLT (SEMI LEGAL TEAM) of Platoon 2 (YGM) of GF NARCISO,
    were seen passing by at the same area heading towards the north direction. Accordingly
    said personalities came from so called "biak na mukha" (51P US 03918 38921) of said
    sitio.

    III. DETAILED CHRONOLOGICAL ACCOUNT OF ACTIVITIES:

    At about 0900H of August 10, 2021, PCPL Alexander Rommel M Machan


    II and PAT Adrian Danipog went to Kagawad Manuel S. Casaljay’s House Chairman
    of Peace and Order of Barangay San Isidro, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan to
    verify the veracity of the information received.

    From there we saw Mr. Rodel Ramirez along with his wife Mrs. Lidwana
    Ramirez talking to Kag. Casaljay. We also found out that Mr. Ramirez was a Board
    of Director of Samahan ng Malayang Magsasaka ng Karahome at Balagbag
    (SAMAKABA) and a resident of Sitio Balagbag, Brgy. San Isidro, City of San Jose
    Del Monte Bulacan.

    At about 0930H of August 10, 2021 we interviewed Kag. Manuel S.


    Casaljay chairman on peace and order Barangay San Isidro, CSJDM, Bulacan
    regarding the subject matter.

    At about 0945H of August 10, 2021 we interviewed Mr. Rodel Ramirez,


    male, married, 58 of age and a resident of Sitio Balagbag, Brgy. San Isidro, CSJDM,
    Bulacan regarding the subject matter.

    At about 1105H of August 10, 2021 we interviewed Mrs. Lidwana Ramirez,


    female, married, 59 of age and a resident of Sitio Balagbag, Brgy. San Isidro,
    CSJDM, Bulacan regarding the subject matter.

    IV. SUMMARY OF INFORMATION COLLECTED:

    - Upon consolidating all data and information gathered during the


    conduct of validation the said group maybe the new faces seen by Mr. and Mrs.
    Ramirez in their area buying at their store and heading north towards Sitio Maranat.

    V. COMMENT/S

    Based on the revelation from counter parts, it shows that the one Platoon
    of GF NARCISO still in the area of sitio balagbag to continue conduct recovery
    efforts on their former masses.

    VI. RECOMMENDATIONS

    The undersigned recommended to conduct patrolling and PCR activities to


    win the hearts of the CTG supporters. We also recommend to recruit and train BINs
    that were residents of the said sitios.
