How to use your Clarity Soup Maker
Smoothly does it
This program ensures the ingredients are blended to a
silky smooth consistency and gently cooked at the right
temperature. Ready in 21 minutes to serve and enjoy!

Get Chunky
This program allows the ingredients to be heated for
longer to ensure the chunky ingredients are fully cooked.
Cut vegetables to the desired size before cooking.
Ready to serve and enjoy in 28 minutes.

Clean it
This mode makes it easy to clean your soup maker after
use. Remove the lid and add 800ml water and a drop of
dishwashing liquid, place the lid back on and select the
Clean Mode, 4 minutes later and its clean.

A perfect blend
The blend mode will further blend the soup to your
desired consistency. After cooking, select the Smoothie/
Blend mode and press and hold to blend.

Smoothie
Make your own smoothies or milkshakes with fresh
ingredients. Select the smoothie/blend function until the
desired consistency is achieved.

Minestrone Meatball Soup

Ingredients: Method:
100g brown onion, finely chopped Place the onion, zucchini, carrot,
beans, garlic, canned tomato,
100g zucchini, diced passata, hot stock and pasta into the
Soup Maker Jug. Season with salt.
100g carrot, diced
Place the lid on and select the Chunky
80g green beans, cut into 2cm pieces
setting, then Press start.
1 clove garlic, crushed
Meanwhile, heat the Morphy Richards
400g can diced tomato Multifunction Pot using the griddle pan
to medium heat. Add meatballs; cook
2 2/3 cups hot beef stock for around 5 minutes or until browned
and cooked.
1 cup passata
Serve soup in bowls add meatballs.
1 cup cooked risoni or macaroni
Top with pesto and parmesan.
12 pre-made lamb or beef meatballs

To Serve - Basil pesto and freshly


grated parmesan cheese

Beetroot Soup with
Hummus Toast
Ingredients: Method:
200g beetroot, peeled, cubed Place the vegetables, stock and garlic
into the Soup Maker Jug. Season
100g potato, cubed with salt.
100g carrot, cubed Place the Lid on and select the Chunky
setting, then Press start.
100g parsnip, cubed
Toast bread and spread with hummus
80g shredded cabbage
and a sprinkle of smoked paprika.
1 celery stick, finely chopped
Serve soup in bowls and garnish
60g green beans, cut into 2cm pieces with parsley. Serve with toast.

1 small brown onion, finely chopped

3 cups hot vegetable stock

1 clove garlic, crushed

Sliced rye sourdough baguette, toasted

Chicken, Corn and
Noodle Soup
Ingredients: Method:
2 x 410g cans corn kernels, drained Place the corn kernels, creamed corn,
celery, onion, chicken stock, soy sauce
410g can creamed corn and garlic into the Soup Maker Jug.
Season with salt.
2 celery sticks, finely chopped
Place the Lid on and select the Chunky
1 small brown onion, finely chopped
setting, then Press start.
2 2/3 cups hot chicken stock
Heat the noodles according to packet
2 tablespoons light soy sauce instructions, divide into 4 bowls.

1 clove garlic, crushed Pour soup over noodles, top with


chicken and green onion. Drizzle with
440g packet wok-ready rice noodles sesame oil and sprinkle with black
sesame seeds to serve.
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast,
shredded

1 green onion, sliced

Zesty Sausage & Gnocchi Soup

Ingredients: Method:
150g red capsicum, finely chopped Place the capsicum, celery, onion,
garlic, ground fennel, beef stock and
2 celery sticks, finely chopped pasta into the Soup Maker Jug. Season
with salt.
1 small onion, finely chopped
Place the Lid on and select the Chunky
2 cloves garlic, crushed
setting, then Press start.
1 teaspoon ground fennel
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying
2 3/4 cups hot beef stock pan over medium-high heat. Add
gnocchi; cook, stirring, for 3 minutes
2 cups passata or until golden and tender. Transfer
to a bowl.
2 tablespoons olive oil
Squeeze sausage meat from casings.
500g packet baby potato gnocchi
Roll into small balls. Add to pan; cook,
2 pork sausages stirring, for 3 minutes or until browned
and cooked.
To serve - Shaved parmesan, rosemary,
grated lemon zest and pepper Pour soup into serving bowls. Top with
gnocchi and sausage. Sprinkle with
parmesan, rosemary, zest and pepper
to serve.

Chorizo & Bean Soup
with Feta
Ingredients: Method:
100g carrot, cubed Place the carrot, swede, onion, celery,
canned tomato, chicken stock and
100g swede, cubed tomato paste into the Soup Maker Jug.
Season with salt.
1 small brown onion, finely chopped
Place the Lid on and select the Chunky

setting, then Press start.
80g frozen peas, thawed
Meanwhile, heat a small frying pan
2 x 400g cans diced tomatoes over medium-high heat. Add chorizo;
cook for 1 minute each side or until
2 cups hot chicken stock browned.

Prawn and Corn Soup

Ingredients: Method:
400g can corn kernels, drained Place the corn kernels, creamed corn,
and rinsed pumpkin, onion, garlic, wine and stock
into the Soup Maker Jug. Season
310g can creamed corn with salt.
100g pumpkin, cubed Place the Lid on and select the Smooth
setting, then Press start.
1 small brown onion, finely chopped
Meanwhile, heat butter in a frying pan
1 clove garlic, crushed
over medium heat. Add prawns; cook
1 cup white wine for 2 minutes each side or until curled
and browned.
2 cups hot vegetable stock
When soup is finished cooking, press
40g garlic butter and hold the Smoothie/Blend Button.
Repeat as necessary until desired
12 medium uncooked prawns,

French Onion Soup

Ingredients: Method:
3 large onions, sliced Place the onion, garlic, stock, wine and
dried thyme into the Soup Maker Jug.
100g carrot, finely chopped Season with salt.
2 cloves garlic, crushed Place the Lid on and select the Chunky
setting, then Press start.
3 cups hot vegetable stock
Meanwhile, preheat an oven grill.
1 cup white wine
Place bread on an oven tray and top
¼ teaspoon dried thyme with cheese. Place under grill and cook
for 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
½ baguette, sliced
Remove ½ cup of sliced onion and
1 cup grated cheese reserve. Place the Lid on and press
and hold the Smoothie/Blend Button.
Thyme sprigs, to serve
Repeat as necessary until desired
consistency is achieved.

Pour soup into bowls. Top with cheese


croutons, reserved sliced onion and
thyme sprigs to serve.

Vegetable Soup

Ingredients: Method:
100g potato, diced Place the vegetables, garlic and stock
into the Soup Maker Jug. Season with
100g parsnip, diced salt.
100g pumpkin, diced Place the Lid on and select the Chunky
setting, then Press start.
100g red capsicum, diced
When vegetables are cooked through,
100g carrot, diced
press and hold the Smoothie/Blend

Mixed Pea and Ham Soup

Ingredients: Method:
1 cup dried green split peas, cooked Place the cooked split peas, frozen
peas, potato, onion, garlic and stock
1 1/3 cups frozen peas into the Soup Maker Jug. Season
with salt.
100g potato, finely chopped
Place the Lid on and select the Chunky
1 small onion, finely chopped
setting, then Press start.
2 cloves garlic, crushed
When cooked through, press and hold

as necessary until desired consistency

Ingredients: Method:

2 1/2 cups (625ml) cold vegetable stock When ready pour the soup into a jug
and chill for 30 minutes.
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Serve in bowls, topped with feta,
Few drops Tabasco sauce parsley and pepper. Drizzle with olive
oil to serve.
To Serve - Diced feta, chopped parsley

Hummus and Dukkha
Ingredients: Method:
600g pumpkin, chopped Place the pumpkin, potato, leek, celery,
garlic, hot stock and curry powder into
200g potato, chopped the Soup Maker Jug.

Ingredients: Method:
300g button mushrooms, sliced Place the mushrooms, potato, leek,

or until browned and hot. Cut in half.
To Serve - Dried red chilli flakes
and rosemary Pour into serving bowls. Top with
haloumi, chilli flakes and rosemary
to serve.

Ingredients: Method:
600g orange sweet potato, chopped Place the potatoes, lentils, onion,
garlic, hot stock and cumin into the

500g frozen peas, thawed Place the peas, beans, potato, onion,
garlic and hot stock into the Soup

or until smooth and combined.

Ingredients: Method:
½ cup chocolate hazelnut spread Place the chocolate spread, protein
powder, 3 chopped bananas and milk
½ cup plant-based protein powder into the Jug.

Smoothie function. Press and hold the

4 green kiwi fruit, chopped Place the Lid on the Jug. Select the

deseeded, finely chopped or until smooth and combined.
500g vanilla yoghurt Pour into serving glasses.

½ rockmelon (800g), peeled, Place the rockmelon, pineapple, milk,

removed, finely chopped Place the Lid on the Jug. Select the
Smoothie function. Press and hold the
3 cups coconut milk Start button and blend for 25 seconds
or until smooth and combined.
4 passionfruit, pulp removed
Pour into serving glasses. Top with
500g banana yoghurt
coconut and remaining passionfruit
2 tablespoons shredded coconut pulp to serve.

Ingredients: Method:
500g strawberries, washed, Place the strawberries, milk and
hulled, chopped yoghurt into the Jug.

1 litre milk Place the Lid on the Jug. Select the

500g strawberry yoghurt Start button and blend for 15 seconds
or until smooth and combined.
1/3 cup strawberry jam, warmed
Drizzle the inside of 4 serving glasses
with warmed jam. Pour smoothie into
glasses. Serve immediately.
