    Dear Ramakanth,
    As discussed with you, we Behind the Decks & Vidbun are organizing the social event called THE
    CARNIVAL at Hitex Grounds, Hyderabad on 24th September 2022. Our event is all about uniting
    people, bringing them together to enjoy shopping, tasting varieties of food, dancing and being
    entertained, creating interest among the public to spread awareness about fashion, and socializing
    people of different cultures.

    So what exactly happens on this day? Gates to the carnival opens at 3 pm and let people explore
    the flea market and some live attractions, etc. This market is a perfect stop for your shopping. We
    are going to have a diverse collection of clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, home décor and much
    more. An amalgamation of the traditional and the modern worlds, a plethora of things wait to fulfil
    those shopping craving that you have. There’s also the delicious food and live performances to
    keep you alive.

    Meanwhile, we have a grand welcome gesture to all the crowd and there starts 'THE CARNIVAL’
    Post the gesture, there starts the Music with our favorite DJ Prithvi Sai, one of the Top Djs in India,
    supported by The Forgotten Face smoldering up the stage and electrifying the night. We are
    going to have more live performances in the concert place and we are going to make it a big
    concert stage with 600 sq.ft LED screen and mind blowing fireworks show during performances. On
    the other side, we have the bartenders mixing some magic for the crowd. We are also planning to
    bring Telugu movie actors as well to this fest.

    We are expecting around 4000-5000 footfalls on the day. We would be glad if you can support our
    first ever Carnival in Hyderabad and we will be looking forward to your association.
