BUSINESS AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on the (30.04.2022)


Between
Strivik Business Solutions Private Limited
and
Prestige Alco Bev Pvt Ltd .

Purpose : Business Agreement


Term : 3 months
Confidentiality Period : 3 Year from the date of termination or expiry of this Agreement.

By the signatures of their authorized representatives below, M/s STRIVIK BUSINESS


SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. And PRESTIGE ALCO BEV PVT LTD . agree to all provisions of this
non-disclosure agreement. This Agreement will be effective from 30.04.2022 and will be
valid for the Tenure specified in the table below.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties, intending to be legally bound, have caused this
Agreement to be executed by their duly authorized officers on the day and year first
written above.
The persons signing below represent that they are duly authorized to sign on behalf of
their respective entities.

Training & Development 1,80,000 + GST Training fees will be paid after review after conducting
trail sessions

Manpower Hiring 8.33% of CTC As per requirement 18% 8.33% of CTC + GST

Terms & Conditions*


 Advance of 1,35,000/- will be paid in advance for consultancy Remaining INR 4,05,000/-
after 90 Days As per agreed price is INR 5,40,000/- + 18% GST

 Raining Fees Will Be Paid upon Two Training Sessions.


 Registration will be logged in only after realization of registration amount & receipt of remaining
PDCs. IN CASE OF EMI AVAILED.
 INR 25000/- will be paid towards the appointment of Law Firm to Handle Legal Matters along with
Recovery Court fees & Arbitration, Litigation fees will be borne by client.
 Payment term for recruitment one month Payment CTC immediately once the candidate joins
replacement of 90 Days.
 If availed One year fix Manpower contract One HR will be provided for Managing HR and Interview
Process one year up to 25 candidates all level recruitment will be taken by SBSPL

 Payments can be made through Cheque/Demand Drafts /NEFT /RTGS/Debit Card /Credit Card.

 Payment should be made in favors of "Strivik Business Solutions Pvt Ltd.''


 In case a cheque is dishonored, charges of Rs.500 will be collected on next Strategy Manager
Meeting.
 No refund/transfer/adjustment will be entertained under any circumstances.
